Software Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on React front-end development to support efforts focused on modernizing legacy applications and improving overall system performance. This role will contribute across both front-end and back-end layers, with a primary focus on building responsive user interfaces and enhancing application efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain modern web applications with a focus on React-based front-end development
• Design, build, and support backend services using .NET (C#)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve UI/UX and deliver new features
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and SQL-based data layers
• Develop ad hoc tools, reports, and dashboards to support business operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both front-end and backend systems
• Participate in system modernization initiatives, including migrating legacy workflows to modern web architectures
• Support on-call rotation for enterprise applications as needed
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• OR Associate’s degree with equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience building front-end applications using React
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with .NET (C#) development
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, including query development and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing full stack applications (React with .NET APIs)
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX principles and responsive design techniques
• Experience supporting or modernizing legacy systems
• Exposure to enterprise environments with high-availability systems
• Experience with version control systems and Agile development methodologies
