Product Manager - Mobile Software Planning (Pakistan Market)
Key Responsibilities
Deep Local Insight Mining-Conduct field research to analyze Pakistani users’ mobile usage habits (e.g. regional content consumption, payment behaviors, multi-language interactions).
• Identify pain points in high-frequency scenarios: social media, entertainment, frugal-data usage, etc.
• Spot untapped value opportunities (e.g. regional OS optimizations, cost-effective feature innovations). Bridging Pakistan-China Innovation
• Synthesize local insights into actionable product proposals for China R&D teams.
• Lead remote agile collaboration using tools (WeCom/DingTalk/Zoom) across time zones.
• Deliver clear “structured briefs” (PRDs, user journey maps) for technical teams. Product Strategy Execution- Own software feature roadmap for Pakistan-specific OS/application suite.
• Validate concepts via rapid prototyping and user testing cohorts. Competition Analysis-Follow the latest developments in the Pakistani mobile phone market and respond to feedback in a timely manner;
-Organize and output smartphone industry competitive product analysis and trend analysis
Must-Have Qualifications
-3-5 years’ product management experience in mobile OEM/OS/App ecosystem (e.g. Xiaomi, Samsung, Realme, OPPO).
• Proven skill in decoding user behavior through data (App Annie, Firebase) + ethnographic research.
• Hypothesis-driven mindset with strong analytical presentation skills (e.g. using MECE principle). Communication Excellence- Fluent English(written/spoken)- Experience collaborating with cross-border teams (preferred).
