Vendormint is a fast-growing, tech-enabled retail dispute management and supplier recovery platform. We process high volumes of transaction data across major retail partners including Walmart, Target, Home Depot, and Lowe's, helping suppliers recover lost revenue from invalid deductions, chargebacks, and compliance failures.
An HR Generalist in the Philippines handles the daily operations of the human resources department, focusing heavily on full-cycle recruitment to source, interview, and onboard local talent. They serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, managing grievances, promoting workplace engagement, and ensuring clear communication across the organization. Additionally, they oversee policy implementation, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure all workplace practices remain compliant with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations and standard Philippine labor laws.
This role will work alongside the US-based Vendormint Head of HR as the local point of contact, managing daily operations on the ground and ensuring full compliance with Philippine labor laws.
