Overview

We are a sister company of a performing arts school in Glasgow that specialises in the recruitment of performing arts teachers. We are currently looking for someone with digital marketing expertise to help us grow our online business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
We are a small friendly team looking for someone with the correct expertise to help us expand.

Responsibilities

• Creating and executing our digital marketing strategy.

• All content creation including planning, capturing & editing for Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok etc.

• Manage social media accounts to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness through targeted content strategies.

• Developing organic content.

• Running paid ads- ideally with expertise of meta and running paid ad campaigns using insights to target specific audiences.

• Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads.

• Conduct SEO optimisation to improve website ranking and organic traffic through keyword research and analysis.

• Analyse marketing campaign performances.

Experience

• You dont need extensive experience in the area, but we want someone who knows what they're doing and has knowledge of how to effectively run social media accounts and get results from digital marketing.

• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for various audiences.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
