We are looking for an experienced Finance/Accounts professional to oversee the finance function of our Group Holding Company. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of technical finance and accounting areas including financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and management reporting. The role requires strong analytical ability to support management decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Required Qualification
• ACCA or CA Qualified
Required Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably managing or leading Finance/Accounts functions in a Group of Companies environment
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage finance and accounts operations at Group level
• Ensure compliance with FBR regulations and corporate governance requirements
• Prepare financial reports, analysis, and management presentations
• Consolidate financial statements of operating companies and prepare Group-level reporting
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Provide analytical insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
